Training programme

The ATENEA training programme will offer Postdoctoral Researchers (PRs) a comprehensive blend of in-person and online training, including specialized courses and workshops. These activities will take place at IMDEA Materials, partner universities, research centres, non-academic associated partners, or at other institutions proposed by the fellows themselves.

The programme is designed to strengthen both scientific and technical expertise, while also providing high-quality transferable skills training. With a focus on the fellows’ future career development, the training adopts an innovative, interdisciplinary, and intersectional approach.
